I really like Kerry! I liked Lee too, but I was ready for him to leave, TBH.
I'm curious about the new stew - they are clearly trying to make us think it's Camille, but I've read that it definitely isn't. Is it someone we know, or just someone Ben knows?
Maybe they're bringing back Leigh-Ann from last season who Ben was trading DMs with?
Anyone watch Top Chef??? I'm super happy with who went home.
Love me some TC!
Glad that person went home as well.
Kristen is going to do a great job, though I miss Padma.

I haven't watched it yet, but I can already tell you I am all behind Michelle. Her twin sister and I have worked together at the same company for at least the last 18 years!
I'm caught up on RHOP and holy moly that Mia situation was sketchy. How can she stand there acting all innocent that her affair was just the run of the mill open marriage? Clearly it was not and she took her kids around him, and her son's paternity is in question? She's lucky Gordon didn't kick her to the curb earlier. Wow, just wow. And yeah, I'm not sure why Wendy thought it was OK to attack Ashley over the actions of another grown adult. And I know Candice didn't do anything physically, but as Ashley pointed out, this is the second time she's run her mouth and it resulted in something like this. At what point is she held accountable for not keeping her awful insults to herself? Clean house Bravo.
As to Below Deck, who's the new stew and how quickly will Ben screw everything up?
RHOP - I thought it was gross how Mia and Gordon were talking about the paternity of their son while filming. I know they're trying to show real life but that's something that is going to really impact their kid, and they should be more considerate of his privacy.
The Valley - Jax has not changed one bit. I do find the show entertaining.
Vanderpump - Kati said recently that their sandwich shop was opening in May. I hope it really does open then. Tom continues to suck and he probably locked the dog in Ariana's room on purpose. As a pet owner, if you know your dog gets into stuff and needs to be shut out of rooms then you would probably make sure he wasn't still in there when you shut the door *and* Ann said when she came home that she heard the dog crying and let him out. Do you remember when Charlotte needed new medication right before Ariana went out of town, and Tom wouldn't go pick it up? He sucks. So tired of his edit this season. And "getting back out there" RIGHT after he had a 7-month long affair?! Also,I really wish Brock was not on this show. He's a POS who physically abused his ex wife, ditched his kids, and used Scheana for a green card. I can't with him being in these storylines now.
The valley- as AWFUL as Jesse is (and I think he'll only get worse) I nearly died when he called Jax out for doing childish bullshit (for those that don't watch, Jax invited Kristen's most recent ex-bf to an outing with current bf trying to make a scene and/or get current bf to see her evil ways). The douchiest douche Jesse thought that was crappy and didn't hesitate to tell him

Rhop I don't care their arrangement. It could actually be interesting tv fodder.
I care that they're sharing paternity concerns about their kid so publicly. Unless they talked to him about it prior, that's pretty vile. Even if they did say that's your bio dad and that's the dad that raised you and we're all a happy family, you know kids will make it so much worse

I had no problem with him going home, but I was curious what he'd bring with his hook. And I feel no need, after ep 2, to be coy about ep 1 elimination. I also have a bias against toddler doodle tats, which has nothing to do with cooking, but it's reality tv, and I reserve the right to judge based on the smallest things.

We know it's not Camille - even though they are definitely trying to make us think that. I wonder if it's just someone HE knows.
I'm so over his "charming Aussie" schtick. I hope this girl comes in and messes things up for him! Although, from what I understand, in some recent IG drama - Sunny came in HOT to defend him.
Yes, although it's a good season of original SH, I'm beginning to like this one more overall.
Even though I do love the train wreck of SH I too like MV more.
I like that the cast are actually real friends and that you have to have a real connection to get on the show. Wait- is the other SH like that? Anyway, MV seems to have actual real relationships and friendships that run deeper than just "doing it for the show" and I like to watch that. They also seem more mature. Watching the past few seasons of original SH when they just got blackout drunk and trashed the house was so boring, I stopped watching. Like, you people are in your 30's, one of you is in your 40's! It's just sad.

Oh, I didn't notice his tattoos. I'm the last person to notice tattoos, though! I just found him annoying and trying too hard.

That is so cool!!! I want to share something about her but don't want to spoil! Anyway, she seems great.

I think most of the SH folks have a relationship outside the show, it seems like most of the new folks that come in are friends with an existing person and that's how they get brought it. Or really great at acting like they knew each other LOL
Winter House though seems like a hodge podge of folks from the various shows so I always find that show to be a bit clunky and disjointed. But of course I still watch haha

I opened this thread thinking we were going too be saying nice things to each other. I suppose then the title would have been Brava. I'M NOT EVEN NEW HERE.
bex1973, Oh, and Winter House is unwatchable for me. I CANNOT fucking stand Kory and his douchebag face. I also find that I want to watch people with backstory otherwise I zone out.

Who did Paige know? Do you remember?
I think Amanda? But I'm not betting any money on my memory

I just looked. She was introduced as Amanda's friend but she was actually friends with a SH producer for years and that's how she got on the show. So like you said, yeah, they were "friends". I think the original SH started out as they were all really friends IRL but then when the show got successful they just started casting randoms to shake up the original cast.
They're that couple that make everyone miserable around them because they are always unhappy, constantly fighting and he's always drunk. I feel like most of us have known that couple at some point in our lives. And they've been miserable from Day One! I do not get it. Want better for yourself.

She legit doesn't like him even a little bit. She can do better. Every time he opens his mouth its cringe worthy. He is the biggest asshole on the show.

Tc watchers, do you remember when gaggan was on with his plate licking challenge? I think it was last season.
I'm at one of his restaurants now and commented to my server something about how black hole sun is the best music video ever because it was playing. He said gaggan has said that was his inspiration for the plate licking thing.
While I've not met the famed chef, based on how his staff talks about him and their regular staff retreats with him just to explore food, I'll say his persona on the show, interacting with the chefs, was an accurate depiction. This is my second time in one of his places, and staff is so knowledgeable and passionate about what they serve. They are quick to credit him and his personal engagement.
It just makes me happy. Please don't ruin him. Also the soundtrack is all kinds of 90s amazing

Speaking of Top Chef, why did the first person eliminated not go to LCK? Google says he did t want to go, and he says he was asked not to go (and can’t say more due to an NDA).

I wondered the same thing. I really do not like the person they brought in, the “16th” contestant.

Omg Amanda is a NAG. I don’t know how he deals with her. I mean, Kyle still has done grieving up to do but how can you exist with someone who is constantly putting you down, making fun of you in front of other people, etc. There’s no pleasing her and she lets Kyle (and everyone else) know. Sheesh.

Me and H watched last night and wondered this, too. I googled and found the same thing as you, pretty much. Dave claimed on his IG that he was asked to leave and Tom said on a now deleted Twitter post that he opted out. If he opted out, it seems odd that they wouldn't address that at the beginning of LCK instead of completely ignoring the fact that he wasn't there. It was odd. I predict Dave had a tantrum fit melt down for being out first and it became heated because he strikes me as that type. Total speculation on my part, but that's my theory.
