In regards to the Dorit and PK separation, I just learned that, apparently, there has been a lot of talk on the internet that she and Mauricio might have had a fling.
This has long been speculated. Years. Wether it's true or not, who knows. These AWs will say and do anything to keep their names talked about.

If I'm not mistaken, the rumors really took flight a few seasons ago who Dorit got robbed. There is a scene in that episode when PK returns from London (where he was at at the time of the robbery) and some of the cast were sitting with her and there is a group hug in a clearly very emotional scene*. Dorit kisses Mauricio's back /shoulder. The next thing you know is she left their closeness/her feelings about him slip.
*emotional scene if you believe that dorit was not in on the plan for the burglary

Now THIS would be a great storyline! That would be the next Scandoval all of these shows are chasing. I do remember rumors after the second robbery during a group hug some speculated that the way Mauricio and Dorit interacted was too intimate or something. I don't recall the details, but anything's is possible!
Summer House- while I recognized that both Carl and Lindsay have their individual issues, I'm veering toward Team Lindsay after this latest episode. The guys on WWC were firmly Team Lindsay the entire season and said that Carl was gaslighting her so she'd lose her shit and make herself look bad while he can come out looking like the same one and the good guy. I did not see it that way at all and started getting kind of annoyed with them about it, but now I'm starting to think maybe they're right. Also, Kyle is such a baby. Amanda needs to leave him.
Is there any Bitch Sesh fans here? Did anyone move to their subscription-only podcast? Re: The Valley, Casey said that she has inside info and that all of this is going to blow up in Janet's face at the end of the season. Crossing my fingers that it's true!

I'm nudging this territory as well. Especially seeing how the conversation he had with his parents was relayed to her.

Yeah. It was that conversation in the kitchen. He was very Jekyll/Hyde there. Do not like that Carl. And he has every right to not put up with Lindsay and he should end the engagement because she is unhinged, but I think his behavior is calculated and the mask started to fall when she was not responding the way he wanted her to. I think he is very afraid of looking bad.
I'm team Carl and Lindsay both suck and should never have gotten engaged in the first place.
Carl knew what he was getting into, he just thought it would be different with him. But I hope he finds a better partner, one who is at least willing to try to support him.

I really think he needs to work on his sobriety, figure out his career path, and find a sober partner. It seems like it was more stable when they were dating and Lindsay was sober, but it was brutal when she was drunk on Friday nights at the beginning of the summer and accusing him of being high (as in "cocaine Carl"). I mean, girlfriend should be able to party with her friends and be with someone who matches that energy, and she very clearly needs a go-getter.

I agree. I think it would be almost impossible to be in recovery with a partner who doesn’t understand or share a desire to be sober.

Top chef. I love that Portland and now Milwaukee have been honoring native cuisine. The Canadian version is good at this, too.
I was taken slightly by surprise about the question if anyone had eaten at an indigenous restaurant. I used to live in walking distance of a place with Navajo fry bread. I brought so many friends there. But of all the locations I've lived in murca, that's the only place I can think of. It's a very fair question.
Can you imagine Italian cuisine without tomatoes? Those came from the Americas.
Also, I learned cranberries weren't a northeeastern thing. My two visits to the oceanspray (forced) lied to me.
If Janet's original reason Zach wasn't invited because he was single/not in a couple where the hell was Melissa (Jasmine's gf) the whole episode?
At least in her confessional she was a touch more honest that she was punishing him for being close to Kristin
Yeah, she definitely did it to punish him. And to be mean and because she could. Janet is horrible and I don't know if it's been mentioned here or reddit or where, but Janet has been trying to get on reality TV for a long time, so I'd think she'd watch a lot of reality TV and know that when you ice someone out like that, it makes the audience sympathetic to them. And Zach's not my favorite, I find him a little annoying, but I did feel bad for him.
I really don't want them to bring any more VPR people over to this show. Keep that mess over there and don't bring it to my favorite new show.

She posted a comment on IG that he essentially said that he hoped she had a loss and it's become a whole thing. I don't want to link it here but the account is bravovseverybody

Absolutely disgusting of Zach said it. But I feel like janet is an unreliable narrator. Why did she film with him for months leading up to the trip? Why is she icing Kristen and not his other BFF Brittany? Why is the rest of the cast consoling him if they "knew what he said"? I feel like she's trying to drop a jax/kristen bomb with no facts behind it

Kyle is such a child, and Amanda is always miserable. How do they even work as a couple? Also, I think he was still drunk from the night before.
Also, Jesse crying and then being like “Men don’t cry!” I’m a man, roar, was fucking annoying. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with being scared you have cancer, my god, that’s terrifying.
Also, I wish everyone would stop listening to Lindsey vent. Maybe they’re just there, but tune her out. She has no self-awareness at all.

OMG, what???
From what I've seen on Reddit, she did a podcast where she told them that Zach had done or said something terrible two years ago and they were repairing the friendship. So which was it? Two years ago or last summer while she was pregnant? The math isn't mathing.
I just find her deeply unlikable, petty, and thirsty.

Kyle is a selfish child. I don't think he and Amanda should be together. Also the Loverboy ship is going down - I was with a friend last weekend who said they taste terrible, like you can taste the artificial sweetener and they made her stomach feel awful the next day. The market is crowded with other, better canned hard bevs.

I loved last week's show! I even teared up during it b/c Native American culture is close to me.
I said to my H that I thought cranberries were from the Northeast!
sidenote - Do you know the book Braiding Sweetgrass?

was that a young adult book? I remember reading a book with sweet grass in the title when I was a ten that my gramma brought back after a trip to Canada. It did make an impact but I'm not sure the exact name
