Thought board would appreciate this (John Oliver on Reagan)

John Oliver was talking about deep sea mining, and the International Seabed Authority, and the 1982 Law of the Sea Treaty that Reagan recognized but refused to sign. 

After mentioning that Reagan refused to sign it because of his objections to limits on future seabed mining. Then he says "I know I talk a lot on this show about the bad stuff that Ronald Reagan did. So, to balance that out, I do want to mention something positive he did for the planet. In 2004 — and this is true — he died."
