FYI-My Harris sign was delivered today out of the blue. I ordered it Aug 6. They didn’t even send a shipping email. I had almost lost hope it was coming anytime soon.

I really want a yard sign but I don’t want to wait for shipping.

Our local DFL office has not had any in stock in weeks, maybe a month, with no idea of when they’ll get more. You can get one if you volunteer to phone bank or door knock. I’m a single mom of young kids. I can’t volunteer.

Unfortunately this means there are more trump signs than Harris signs in town. I live in one of the larger cities in my state. It’s so frustrating.

Strangely in my blue state / area I haven’t seen that many. There are always lots of rainbow flags around. The other day I was in a more affluent beach neighborhood and saw a whole bunch of houses with Kamala signs, kind of like the Obama Hope signs with her face and they made me so happy! This was kind of like when you see the Kamala flags on a boat or a lake house where you are used to seeing 🍊flags. Glad to know rich people are voting for the best interest of our country and not selling its soul for millionaire tax breaks!

I really really want a Republicans for Harris/Walz sign for my yard. I am not currently a R and haven’t been since I reached adulthood. But I grew up in a R household and if you had asked me when I was 10, I would have told you I was an R like my mom and dad. So as far as I am concerned, that counts.

I live in a VERY red part of a swing state. I figure a Republicans for Harris sign might have more impact in my neighborhood than a straight up Harris sign. Almost like if someone goes first, it will make it ok for other republicans to cross over, too.

So I’m looking for somewhere to buy a sign and all I can find is Amazon or Etsy. I was hoping there was a PAC I could donate to so the money would actually do some good. Anyone know where I can buy one?

The money wouldn’t benefit a campaign, but you can get hard signs printed super cheap (less than $10) at a local printer. Turnaround is generally super fast. You could even see if a few other friends wanted to get one. Just design something on Canva and make a donation somewhere else.

And yes, add me to the people cheering for every sign. It made my night last night to see Harris and State D signs along a field in rural Iowa. I continue to see more Harris signs than Trump here. (And the ones for Trump are COMICALLY SMALL! LOL!) My county is pretty purple, but the ratio of signs is definitely different than in 2020.
