Tinted moisturizer recs

Many of you said you’ve recently swapped foundation for tinted moisturizer. Can you give me some recs? I’d like to be done with foundation, but my skin is so uneven, especially in the winter.

I used tinted SPF. This is the best one I have found. It’s not cheap but it lasts forever and provides really good coverage without feeling and looking heavy.

I love eltaMD tinted sunscreen and use it everyday. But when I wear makeup I still wear foundation as well. The tinted sunscreen is sheer - but that’s also the way I like it because then it doesn’t make me break out at all.

I use EltaMD sunscreen for my face, so this could be a good option.

Laura mercier is my favorite. Also SuperGoop glow screen tinted sunscreen is what I use in the summer

Ilia skin tint. It's the best.

Although I never wore foundation so the super sheer coverage is good by me.

They had a sample of this at my dermatologist’s office and I liked it so much I bought it. It’s pricey compared to what I would normally spend on this type of thing, but a little goes a long way, so it lasts a long time.

I still have to use foundation but another vote for Elta MD. ColoreScience is pretty good too but not as hydrating.  

I tried It Cosmetics CC cream a few years ago and while it gave me more coverage, it oxidized.

I use both of these year round. I put the tinted moisturizer over the glow screen.

I like eltamd for light coverage and Clinique CC cream when I want more coverage. And sometimes I mix them together for an in between.

The elta md really didn't work for my skin but both La Roche Posay and Alastin are my favorites. I got samples at my dermatologist

Oddly I really like the Wet and Wild skin hydrator. It's about $5 and works great for me.

I have a lot of redness, but generally nice skin if I wasn’t hybridized with a tomato apparently, and It CC cream is just the right amount of color correction without being full-on full coverage foundation. I don’t use powder or concealer or anything. Just a little moisturizer and cc cream.

I also tried getting some drops just to tint my regular moisturizer. I didn’t love it, because it didn’t counteract my red quite enough, but something like that might be an option for you!

This probably makes my sunscreen not work, who knows, but I've noticed lots of tinted moisturizers are too thick for me and don't go on smoothly. So when applying, I mix a little of the tinted moisturizer with supergoop unseen suncreen and it works really well. Haven't noticed that I get more burned, and I like it better than using the glow screen.

I love the Elt MD sunscreen. I bought the tinted version on an Amazon deal. While I still think it feels good, goes on well, and I like it as a product, I can’t tell that it is tinted at all. I would never be able to substitute it for even a light/sheer foundation.

I just got the It cc cream in the medium coverage version… I think it’s called nude glow? I am liking that so far. It has sunscreen in it.
