I cherished my “Cheney/Voldemort ‘08” bumper sticker so am also amazed, but, I have to say, pleasantly surprised. (I also thought he died). Less surprised about Liz given how outspoken she’s been. I hope it gets through to a few people, but I’m not optimistic.

Last year, about this time, I went to a trivia night where one of the “in between round” games was making the choice if someone was dead or alive. I got out because of him!

It’s pretty telling that Obama, Bill Clinton, and Hillary Clinton spoke at the DNC and at the RNC it was crickets from former candidates.

Chris Christie will probably do something dumb like write in Ronald Reagan a la Larry Hogan, but I hope more people come out in support if Harris, like Romney.

A lot of former candidates are clearly spineless masochists because they'll roll over and endorse someone who has launched the most baseless attacks and childish insults. I don’t know how many people it’ll take being called RINOs before maybe they realize that all of those RINOs are actually Republicans…and the rest are MAGATs.

It seems like just about the only big name Republicans who continue to endorse Trump are the ones who still need the votes of his base. Anyone who is no longer seeking power of their own or status in today’s political world has jumped ship.

I knew he was still with us. My brother who lives in Cheyenne would have sent a group text to his sisters if Dick had died.  All of those heart surgeries extended his life. 

I didn't have the Cheneys supporting the 2024 Dem ticket on my bingo card either.
