Do you still use it regularly? I've always worked out at a gym and returned as soon as they reopened. The peloton was a DH thing and it's just not getting used (which I totally predicted!!!) I do use the app for core and strength (and I like the outdoor walks and runs) a few times a week but I could probably find a good substitution that doesn't cost $50/month. Trying to decide what to do with the damn bike. If we decide to sell it, what are people paying? We bought ours in 2022 (and it's the nicer version, whatever that means.) It probably has 200 rides total.
I never bought a bike but there are a TON of them on Facebook Marketplace near me most for $500-600 for older ones and $700-800 for newer ones.
Also if you like the app classes, without the bike you can subscribe to app only for around $15/month. I had that during the pandemic but quit using it when I went back to the gym.

I used mine a lot the first couple years, but now go to the gym and it sits there. I stopped the subscription probably 2 years ago and the kids use the free rides sometimes. H says to get rid of it but doesn't seem like people are paying much for them, so I'd rather just keep it. We have a good spot for it.

I don't have a bike or treadmill so won't answer the poll, but I do have and love the app. Just wanted to let you know if you don't have the bike the membership is only $14/month. I think there are some classes you don't have access to but I've never found that to be a problem.
Barely use its, but do a lot of stretching and outdoor walks. It’s paid for but it’s not the + version and works just fine so I’m assuming we’ll keep it (I prioritize Orangetheory classes) but yeah, probably don't need the membership, the app would be just fine.

Haven’t used the bike in probably a year. My H graduated to a road bike on a trainer that he uses with a separate program. My excuse is RTO and busy schedules so now I’m just fat.
We had a non-peloton treadmill before the pandemic and I’m getting back in to using that. When it dies I will consider peloton tread but not sure.
DH wants to get rid of the bike as he doesn’t use it, or the programming, but when I looked it would be $400-500 at best, and I really am trying to get back in shape so I don’t want to make any decisions right now.
I used my bike 5-6 times a week so I ended up getting their treadmill as well. The treadmill is used more (4 times a week) but I still try to get on the bike 2-3 times a week. The app strength classes, bike and treadmill are my sole workout methods.

So I didn't buy a Peleton, but I bought a treadmill that works with the iFit app (yearly subscription). I still use it pretty much daily. Sometimes I use the app for yoga or HIIT videos off the treadmill, but I'd say I average 6 days a week using the treadmill.
I didn't feel comfortable going back to a gym right when they reopened, and I prefer working out in my home for the most part. I do miss the intensity of the gym, but was really put off by the trainers who stayed at my old gym and the stuff they posted about Covid, and my favorite trainer left, so I wouldn't go back there. I've considered joining a different type of gym (boxing or kickboxing specifically), but even if I did that, I'd keep using the treadmill.
I never had a peloton, but had a spin bike I used with the app. I used it a lot for awhile. Then I found other exercise. Canceled the app when they stopped grandfathering people in to previous pricing and limited class availability.
I didn’t buy a peloton but I did get a spin bike that I used with the app.
I still use the bike 1-2 times a week but I canceled the app about 6 months ago. The music took a turn for the worse and it just stopped filling my needs. Grateful it was there in 2020/2021/2022 but I don’t miss it now.

I'm another one who didn't get a peloton, but I did get a connected stationary bike (the walmart offering of the echelon bike) and was using the Peloton app with it for a few years. I discontinued my subscription to the peloton app when they made all the changes to the pricing and made it too expensive (in my opinion) to access the riding classes. I still use my bike regularly (2-4 times per week) on the days I don't go to the gym. I do miss the instructor led riding classes at times so I may search out some sort of online instructor led classes in the future, but for now I just put on whatever reality show I'm binging at the moment and ride for an hour or so. I really like my bike and it allows me to get a workout in when I'm short on time or not able to get to the gym, so I imagine I'll continue to use it for the foreseeable future.
So, I didn't technically buy a pandemic peloton. We bought in January 2020 but the way things went, it clearly worked out for us. I did get a ton of use out of it but I've since discovered hiking and hike about 20 miles a week. I can't hike today because we have storms so it will actually get used today for the first time in a while. It's a good back-up but it's no longer my go-to, no.

We bought it because H wanted it for himself. I used it maybe three times (I really hate spinning); H used it more but not much. I asked him if I could cancel the monthly membership over a year ago and he told me no. I canceled it the month after I asked him because I figured he could always sign up again if he was going to use it. Guess who hasn't noticed it's been canceled???

We got a pandemic Echelon from Walmart. I don't really use it anymore as I have discovered I prefer lots of strength training, Pilates, and walks, as opposed to spinning. I love all the content on the Peloton app though and have been using that for about 4 years straight.
Our Echelon predates the pandemic, and it’s still a big part of my workout regimen. I currently use it with the Peloton app.
We see a lot of Pelotons for sale on our neighborhood B/S/T. They go from maybe $750-1200 depending on age, model (bike or bike+), whether they’ve been affected by the recall, how much they were used.
I’ve toyed with the idea of replacing our Echelon with the Peloton, but can’t justify the cost of the bike upgrade and the more expensive App.
Yes, ours still get used frequently. In fairness I always wanted to have one, not just because gyms were closed - DH got it for me for my 40th bday in May 2021. I workout daily and normally use it once or twice a week. Even though I'm back at Orange Theory and still running regularly, I think varying my workouts is good for my body. It's nice to have a way to get a good cardio workout at home for a lot of reasons - if I don't have time to get to the gym, or don't have childcare, or if it's raining outside when I want to go for a run, or if I only have like 20 minutes and just want to close my exercise rings and it's dark outside DH uses it probably a couple times a month, and when my parents are in town at their condo near my house, my Dad uses it daily - so for like four months out of the year, it is sometimes getting two rides a day.
On the flip side - I also have a gym quality/size elliptical/Precor cross trainer that hasn't been used since I got the Peloton bike. It is kind of loud now, so I need to spend a couple hundred bucks to get the belts replaced so that I could hopefully sell that. And it's been on my to do list forever!

I got mine in November 2019 so not TECHNICALLY a pandemic peloton, but pretty damn close. I had been regularly using it 5 days a week until about 5 months ago when my life got insane and now I'm closer to 3 times a week. I still love it though and want to get back to 5 days a week.
I got the app in 2021 and still use it. I will never go back to the gym if I can help it. The price increase didn’t bother me as I use it every single day. If I had a bike but wasn’t using it, I’d move to the app for $24.99.

Special snowflake here
Mine is an Echolon Purchased the Friday before the Superbowl in 2022. Superbowl Sunday I broke my foot Bike was delivered Monday morning and I cried.
Rode the bike several times in June of 2022 and then broke my foot AGAIN in July 2022. Severe case of Plantars Fasciitis began around xmas time 2022 and lasted forever, and then eventually turned into Nerve Damage.
I dust that bike off all the time to make sure she is ready if and when my foot finally heals.

I prefer walking/running/hiking outside and doing strength training at home, not a gym person. The Peloton and our treadmill gets used on super hot days which is a lot anymore and in winter or rainy days. DH and I both use them. Still useful to us, but more times than not I go outside.

I bought the bike+ in 3/2021. Love it, and now I have the tread and row also. I workout constantly in the winter but always take the summers “off” because I’m walking and cycling outside. As soon as the dark and crappy weather comes back, I’ll be exercising indoors only again, I love all of my peloton equipment and will keep it forever.
Just finished a ride so the answer is yes, still use it! We are considering the Tread or a Horizon treadmill. We got rid of our treadmill in 2022 because we didn't have space to store it during our basement remodel.

I got the Costco Echelon in 2021 and that baby has been my love affair ever since. I ride every day, inside on the echelon or outside on my hybrid. I never have stuck with any work out routine before this but I love love love it.
