whoa. I'll go look at the remarks. I heard on 9news last night that it could be probation - 10 years but there is a severe lack of remorse so they weren't sure where it was going to head.

I don't know when this came up in court but I saw a video of her recently at trial saying she couldn't possibly go to prison because she needs to sleep on a magnetic mattress because of back pain and she can't have one there. I hope she doesn't get a night's sleep.
My favorite part of the sentencing is that the judge said he wants to deter people, esp. those in power, from doing it again. That judge needs to SKYWRITE that shit for all the GOP to see.
It would have been interesting to see her face during some of this. I want to know if any of it has sunk in or if she still thinks she is the innocent party. Having watched the arrest video I’m also surprised that she didn’t interrupt the judge during her sentencing. He spoke for a while and she doesn’t seem like the kind of person who could keep quiet very long.

The nerve! You know that's not the only thing she'll try to demand. If my various reality tv watching is any indication, inmates don't take to kindly to those who are entitled to special privileges and think their shit don't stink.
