Doug Emhoff Accusations (possible TW)

He has been accused of slapping a former girlfriend in 2012. While I am generally on the side of believing women I don’t know what to make of this as none of the accusers are the woman it allegedly happened to but rather several of her “friends”.

While I am always one to believe the woman, I don’t trust anonymous “friends” who reach out to a rag well-known for racism and making up false stories to make accusations against the partner of someone who is 32 days away from potentially becoming the first Black woman President of the United States.

No I wasn’t placing any value judgement on anyone’s affair being better or worse. I was just giving correct information based on what was confirmed by CNN (I don’t know how to link the article because I read it in the CNN app) since someone asked and you responded and got the information incorrect. Some may think that’s better, some may think that’s worse. I was just giving the correct information that was confirmed.

Two things, one of which seems unlikely to have even happened, before he was her husband, is completely irrelevant to the Harris campaign.

FWIW, I would feel the same even if it came out tomorrow that Melania was currently having an affair.
