I am a very infrequent facebook poster, but apparently 9 years ago I found stickers at Target to decorate your toilet for halloween, and posted a pic of my toilet looking like dracula LOL.
It's my birthday, so lots of pictures of cakes, flowers, cocktails, happy birthdays and embarrasing pictures from when I was little posted by my sister :0 Last year it was a picture of me in a red cowgirl outfit side by side with a picture of Loretta Lynn in a red cowgirl outfit lol.
11 years ago today I was at the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival in San Francisco. It was a blast, but since Covid, I can’t imagine being in a crowd that size ever again.
17 years ago today, H (then-boyfriend) posted on my wall that he was excited to see me this weekend lol. We were long distance for the first 4 years of our relationship.
I don't have FB, but whenever I get a phone in my hands that does, I post "Man, I love dogs!". So I imagine my sister and many friends have these memories. The gift that keeps on giving.
9 years ago I was excited that Homeland was back on TV.
15 years ago I made a traffic observation about SEC football fans going home. That was very odd of me to post. I don't even like football, I just happened to be living on an SEC campus at the time.
9 years ago I was 8 months pregnant with DD. I shared a meme about how you don’t realize how many people you hate until it’s time to name a kid.
Turns out we had a girl (we didn’t find out early) and no problems deciding on her name. If she had been a boy, that poor child might still be unnamed.
10 years ago, I was "checking in" to a bunch of bars in Baltimore. We were out with another couple that we no longer speak to because the husband is an asshole. I posted about our falling out here. They can still fuck right off a cliff #notoverit.

Apparently DH and I had just moved in together for the first time about 16 years ago, which is crazy! Also a good friend who unfortunately passed away had posted something funny about my DH buying a Star Wars Christmas tree ornament because I don't know the movies and ask a lot of questions. It gave me a much needed laugh.
Recently a bunch of wedding photos have popped up in memories so that's been really fun. Only downside is one of my DH's Army buddies is a true wise a$$ and got a hold of at least 2 disposable cameras so a lot of those pictures were kind stoopid. Another military wife got quite drunk and took some "fun" photos with the swords and (uniform) hats so that was fun to see again. My mom had referred to her as "the young lady in the hat".

13 years ago today was the first time I went to the grocery store with 2 kids, and I wanted a medal for it (and still kinda do).
11 years ago today I learned that if you borrow a book from the library, and it's due to be auto-returned, if you turn on airplane mode you don't lose the book and shared that gem of knowledge that I have put to use many times since then (though I do make sure to finish within the next day or two, if I haven't started a book yet I let it be returned and re-request it.
