I have one meal from last week that didn't get made and the supplies are still good: Caldo verde (kale, potato & sausage soup), so that will be tomorrow night.
Other nights:
- either gorditas or pork green chile, with some pulled pork from our frozen stash - spaghetti & green beans - potato, cabbage & bacon soup from Cook's Illustrated that gets rave reviews. I don't think I've ever made soup with cabbage before, but potatoes and bacon are like two-thirds of the way to something tasty so I'm giving it a try.
Sunday: burgers and salad Monday: sheet pan chicken sausage, potatoes, green beans Tuesday: turkey bacon sandwiches, roasted asparagus Wednesday: fish sticks, veg of some sort

Tonight ended up being ham and boxed Mac and cheese
Rest of the week- all easy meals because things are hectic
Chicken sausage and rice
Homemade pizza
Ravioli soup. Should’ve been tortellini but the store was out!
Lazy stir fry- shrimp and a bag of already cut veggies, over noodles
Our spaghetti squash is ready to harvest so one night will be “spaghetti”
Next weekend we will do smoked cheese. Our new favorite football lunch. Cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, green Chile, and taco seasoning. Put it in the smoker when we wake up and it’s ready by the time we are watching football.
Yesterday was smoked pork loin, baby potatoes and frozen veg. Meatball sub with edamame Tomorrow hobo casserole The rest of the week? Homemade kfc bowls, chicken and gravy over mashed potatoes, a rotel pasta dish I found on Pinterest, we have a lot of steaks in the freezer we need to consume.
