DH and I mailed in our ballots in Minnesota. The I Voted stickers that were included were so terrible! All red with I Voted on it. I wanted one of those fun ones that the kids designed.

Sounds like you got Minnesota's standard I Voted sticker.
I am helping a Gen Z/college student family member find out where to vote. I had texted him in the summer, reminding him and several others to check their registrations. His sister is all set but he didn’t check. ugh
We are dealing with 3 different FL Counties
County A: where he first registered County B: Family recently moved and he updated his license to this new address (permanent residence) County C: College town 3 hrs away, and where he is renting an apartment.
I told him to go to County C today and ask what to do. County A is definitely out but he may be able to drive home. From what I have read, he could go to his precinct and update address on site but who knows. He needs to be in class on Tuesday.

My husband FINALLY got to vote yesterday! Early voting lines were SO LONG up until now, but my mom found one small neighborhood center with only about five people in line and texted my husband and my sister so they could run over and vote. So now every adult in my family has voted!

DH and I did mail-in ballots. They were received last week. I wanted to vote really early this time. For the primary, I sent our mail-in ballots over a week in advance and it took until after Election Day for them to be received.
I can't change the poll. I just dropped off my main-in ballot at the box in our downtown. I wanted to walk there and get my steps in but these last 2 weeks have been way too busy so I had to drive. We're going out of town tonight so this was my last chance.
My black pen ran out before I got to filling in the circles so I had to use navy blue to fill it out. Hopefully that's good enough for the machines.
Those who haven't voted - in our area, lines are short this morning - probably people tired from last night. Take advantage of short lines if applicable in your area and cast that vote!!!
The woman who was checking me in accidentally closed out the screen before she was done, so it marked me as 'voted.' I was like, no ma'am, I have been standing in front of you this entire time and you know I did not sneak back to the voting machine. The man next to her was making zero bones about how annoyed he was with her. Eventually the head person had to come over and fix it, and I got to vote!
This was my first time voting in NJ. They check you in, and you get a card (like chip card credit card) which you take over and stick in the machine to activate the (all digital) ballot. That's the first time I experienced anything like that. I cannot tell you how many times I checked the final ballot to make sure my Harris vote didn't get changed.

Tap on your original selection to de-select it, then tap your new vote.

H & I voted today. There wasn't a line at our location but there were a bunch of other people voting. NYC has a good amount of early voting location, and on election day there are hundreds so lines aren't usually very long.

Hubs and I dropped ours off at the ballot box today (or yesterday since it's now after midnight. Grand just filled her ballot out for the first time voting in her first-ever Presidential general election. She did vote in the primaries for her first *election* ever.)
I'll be spending this weekend walking my precinct and one other to make sure folks have gotten their ballots in before Tuesday. I've had a pretty good return so far when I look at my lists of "they don't always vote" and I've had some *great* (and some not-so-great_ conversations.

Kids!!! SMH
Admittedly this was 20+ years ago, but even after registering in 3 other states I got a post card to my parent's address asking if I was still living there and still voting.
Of course the Rs would count this as fraud even though I didn't vote in FL after 2000. I just didn't fill out a change of address form which was, at least at the time, the main way to track potential voter issues. Apparently it did not tie to DL databases which I think has since changed.
So, for your situation, where is he registered and where is he receiving mail? Probably the location where his family is, where dmv thinks he is, that's the best place. He should have requested absentee, but, yeah, kids. Going to the place on his license is the best bet.

FL has done significant voter purging too.
Thanks, agree. He has not texted an update but last I heard he was probably going to drive home to try vote this weekend since his license and official stuff is tied to his parents residence.
Voted yesterday! It took about 10 minutes total. Our ballot is relatively short this election so people aren't spending a ton of time in the voting booth. DH voted this morning so we are complete!
Our county only has 2 places to vote early, a church and the election authority. I know they’re efficient but it’s been mass chaos to GET there since it opened up. I finally decided to do it Friday because the weather looks rainy for Tuesday. The building is about 1/2 the size of a Costco and the line was wrapped around 3 sides. It only took 45 minutes though and steadily moved.
It would have been fine had the woman passing out the actual verbiage of the Amendment to lift the abortion ban not told the man in front of me it was for “abortion rights” and he asked about the “babies rights”.
I may have spoke up a bit loud about it being about women’s reproductive rights and the right to not nearly bleed out on your bathroom floor because even though it was clear that your fetus wasn’t progressing; a “slight” heartbeat was detected at 7 weeks, so they refused a D&C at the time (not my story; but an acquaintances that decided to share for the cause).
He never turned around to face me, but it sure was an awkward 30 minutes until we parted ways.
