We get our tree the weekend after Thanksgiving and I usually decorate it and put out other stuff that same weekend. I generally take it and other decorations down sometime while I'm home between Christmas and New Years. I might wait until the weekend after that this time.
H has already put the lights up on the outside of the house just because it was nice this past weekend.
Outside whenever we get a dry day starting in November and it gets taken down any dry day after the 25th. I'm not doing outside stuff in downpours.
Inside normally Thanksgiving weekend. DD got the artificial tree out Veterans Day weekend as she was board. It isn't decorated but the tree adds some light to all the gray and gloom.

We decorate the weekend of Thanksgiving, but not on Thanksgiving. This year, it will likely be Sunday since we are OOT Th-Fri. I usually take them down prior to break ending so I won't have to deal with it once I am back to work.
We usually put up the tree the first weekend in December and take it down the first weekend in January. Other than that it's my Christmas LEGO sets which stay out until mid-January/early February and a wreath inside the house that stays up through February.
I ran some errands this evening and there were lots of houses decorated. It was way more than normal for mid November. I think a lot of people could use some extra cheer right now. Or they’re celebrating. Ugghh that’s probably true for at least some of them.

Whenever I feel like it. I live alone and it really depends on how I am feeling! I have already started decorating for Christmas. It makes me happy and after the election, I needed something to cheer me up. I used to be a strong "respect the turkey" person, but then realized if I want other decorations up, nobody is harmed by putting them up early.
We put up the Christmas decor right before Christmas (usually the 20th or 21st) and leave them up until mid-January or whenever I'm tired of vacuuming up bits of tree.
ETA: some years we don't bother putting anything up at all. We'll be in Europe this year so I probably won't.
