have great energy in the AM, and then totally want to go to bed by 4pm in the week after ovulation before AF? It seems so bi-polar lol
I don't have a dietary sugar crash problem, and I've noticed it only in these two cycles off bc. Never happened on the pill (which makes sense right, cuz you don't ovulate on the pill)
Just wondering if progesterone increases in the LP can make your energy peak and dip so much. That's normal right? I mean it's not like a sign of a deficiency in anything? I'm trying very hard to establish a good detailed pattern of events to compare for future months.
I officially don't trust the Google searches. They lead me to threads on other chat boards with less...informed sounding women. (I'm sure they're all very nice people)
Yeah, I'm pretty well screwy these days. I get more energy at night and then can't sleep and then can't wake up in the morning.
This is me. I also suffer from migraines but H doesn't want me to stop BCP yet and I keep telling him its the BCP causing my migraines. I didn't haven them until I started BCP when I was 18.

YES! It's so not just you. The week after I O I'm dead at night - but bursting with energy in the AM - I get so much cleaning done then (weird, yes). It

THIS is me all freaking over the place!! I was on vacation recently, and I'm telling myself I'm "still adjusting," but.... it's not. I never used to drink caffeine in the mornings, but I may have to start!

I also get so much done it is so bizarre! I am literally choreographing at 7:30 in the morning. Not. Normal. For. Me. Could it be that going off the pill has made me *gasp* a morning person???
