I had a raging headache when we were looking at houses and took some Advil from the medicine cabinet. And another time DH ate something bad at lunch and pooped in the bathroom, then couldn't find air freshener so he sprayed the dude's cologne. We had bad luck with house hunting.
wtf on the Advil. You couldn't have your agent swing by a store? That's crazy cakes.
I agree. That is stealing. Even something small. Did your agent know that you did that?
As a realtor I don't let buyers touch personal stuff unless it's directly related to the sale or house (ie fridge, dishwasher). I also make sure people remove their shoes.

wtf. Even if it's two tiny tablet of medicine, that's a pretty a-hole thing to do. You couldn't wait 10 minutes to get to a drugstore? Your agent might have even had some to give you if you had asked.
I dont think I would have cared if anyone played with DD's toys, as long as they put them away. lol Sitting on couches, chairs, etc, also I probably wouldn't have cared about.
I am pretty sure i've gone to the bathroom when we were looking at houses (or at least during our inspection) but of course I didn't drop a deuce and leave it floating in there. I obviously cleaned up after myself. lol
I dont know, alot of these things probably wouldn't bother me unless people trashed the place or tracked mud or something.

I've also used a bathroom when visiting houses with our realtor. We'd been out for several hours and I had to go! I did ask the realtor first if it was ok, and she said yes. And it was pee only.
I also pet someone's cat once... but the cat came right up to us and was very friendly. I didn't want to ignore it.

Lol. I dunno about if it's bad, but be aware that not everyone keeps only advil in advil bottles. You could have gotten a nasty surprise! I used to know quite a few folks that kept *ahem* other meds in them. Now, whether that's viagra or zanax, to you really want to take a chance?
I stayed and asked people to take their shoes off when they came into my house. I had real hardwood floors that I didn't want scratched up before selling. My house sold quick so I didn't have any problems.
When we were moving out of a rental though, the realtor would call us up 2 hours before and expect us to be there to let them in...or maybe they wanted permission to come when we werent' there which I refused (too many expensive easy to steal stuff). We didn't have drawers in that house so all underwear and stuff sat in a small basket on the shelf in the closet. I had no idea they were going to walk all the way in and look around...at my thongs. I should have hung up some of my bras too.
Sitting on a couch or at a dining table sounds normal to me if it helps the buyers get a sense for what it would feel like to live in that environment. I wouldn't lie on someone else's bed, personally, but I suppose logic would dictate you could make the same argument and I'll just have to make a mental note to cover the bed with extra display pillows and bedspread for show when we get ready to sell the house.
ETA - and stealing Advil is stealing and not at all appropriate.
