Unless DH and I get full physicals by the end of this year, our premium will go up $200/month for our health insurance. I have my physical scheduled for the end of this month when I fly back to the US, but DH doesn't think he'll be able to swing a trip to the US in time. He's having a hard time getting an answer about whether a foreign physical is acceptable for this purpose.
Ours is changing a lot. They are offering an HSA this year and increased the premium on the PPO a lot. My H company is doing the same thing and we normally get our insurance (PPO) through them but this year I am going to make sure to compare everything and really see which is our best option. PPO vs HSA and which one of our employers has the best plan.
Ours will go down drastically. We were were aquried by a significantly larger company this yr that has cheaper health ins and pays the policy in full for its employees.

My open enrollment deadline was two weeks ago. I switched to a cheaper option. The plan I was on increased the employee contribution by $450 month. It was brutal.
It stayed exactly the same as last year. I work for a large state university. I've been here 5 years and this is the first year our premiums have NOT increased.

A lot. But for pretty random reasons: first, they got a pretty good deal last year by changing insurers, but fortunately they don't plan to do that every year, and you don't get the new plan discount after the first year, and second, somebody noticed that they've been subsidizing dependents more than their target amount that is in everyone's employment agreement. I think those factors dwarfed other factors.
Not sure yet..havent gotten the packet, but I was told there is a huge difference and the plans will start to charge if your other is offered insurance elsewhere..fun times.
We have employee/spouse coverage, it went up $108/ per month, so we'll pay about $435/month for both of us. I'm dreading having kids, the family premium is about $700/month now. Sadness. Our dental rates stayed the same though.
Premium paid by DHs employer (for entire family) for Kaiser HMO but they dropped covering vision & dental (due to cost increases) so it went up for us out of pocket (I think around $200/mo) if you include those.
We don't pay a premium - H's company covers it in full for both of us. They did institute a mandatory physical, though. Without the physical it would be $200 per year each. Not sure what will happen to copays, though. Last year specialist went from $25 to $40.
I don't know yet, but I'm anticipating it will be a lot.
Currently we don't pay anything, it's all covered by work, but supposedly they are doing away with this plan starting this year and the details on what will be replacing it are sketchy and incomplete. Everyone on this particular plan is super pissed, and very annoyed that we don't know what we'll be ending up with or how much we'll be paying.
We have 100% emloyeed paide but dh's parents have a HUGE increas. They own their own business and thus pay their own insurance. The monthly premium for FIL, MIL and 2 BILs was $750/mo and it increased to $1100/mo and their deductible went from $3500/yr to $7000/yr. Brutal.
Mine actually went down because my employer & the hospital we are affliated with are offering a combined plan for all employees as of 2013. My monthly premiums, deductible, and out-of-pocket maximum are all going down - I'm stoked!

my company HDHP - 0% increase PPO - 5% increase Kaiser HMO - 15% increase
DH's company - HDHP 38% :-| but I guess they think it's okay as they are giving $500 more per year in the HSA and all on Jan 1 vs. spreading it out over the year.
Our premium will not go up at all (PHAP) but we will have a spousal surcharge next year. So since H is offered health insurance with his employer, if he elects to stay on our plan I have to pay $38 per pay period above the monthly premium.
