I spent a while researching this very thing last weekend. I couldn't find any medical studies citing a difference. I bought some before I did the research though so I'm drinking it anyway (that stuff is pricey!)
I really really really dislike the taste, so I'm skipping it. I'm going to try green tea this cycle though, 2 cups a day (morning and evening) steeped 4 minutes is supposed to drastically increase CM, or vajajay snot as my friend calls it :-)
I was doing it this month, but we didn't have sex during the fertile window so no clue if it would have helped or not.
Some of the girls on MMMs have used it with success.
ETA: My other random thought with that is if it thickens your uterine lining, and you don't get pregnant, do you have a heavier than normal period?
That's what I wondered, too. I did read from lurking on TB that one girl referred to her period as a "crime scene" after drinking pom and not getting pregnant that cycle. :-|
It's funny I got some pom juice yesterday on a whim. We'll see how it goes I guess. I'm def doing the green tea thing. If only to continue to cut back on coffee. It's hard yo.

Why 4 minutes? Normally green tea gets bitter after 2-3 minutes
I have absolutely no idea! It's just what I've been told. A friend who frequented an IF forum heard it there and apparently a bunch of the ladies got pregnant doing that, so I'm willing to give it a try. If it gets too bad, taste-wise, I'll steep shorter.

I think I read somewhere to make sure you drink green tea a certain amount of time after taking your pre-natal, as it could interfere with absorption. Not sure if it is true or not.
Yeah, not within an hour of taking vitamins, I think it's the vitamin B absorption, could be another one too. But yeah, not within an hour of each other.
I did pom juice for one cycle (before realizing that we have MFI and all the pom juice in the world isn't going to help me get knocked up, lol). My period that cycle was heavier and I found I had more clots.
Didn't think about the heavy period effect, but I tried Pom juice this cycle. Only, because my cycle was so confusing, I have no idea if I got the days leading up to O or not.
