mrchewy.com is the cheapest I can find Natural Balance fish and sweet potato- 28lb for $53. We also stick to what we know will work because our dogs have sensitive stomachs.
Chronoptimist - where do you buy your raw food? If I could feed them "real" food for the same price I pay for kibble, I would definitely make the switch! Right now, they get to pig out when we harvest a deer in the fall but nothing the rest of the year.
I get the 10lb bags of chicken at Walmart for under $7 each with tax. I'm not a big fan of Walmart at all, but they are cheapest there. I've seen the exact same bags at places like Food Lion for maybe $1 more/bag which is really not that bad at all if you really hate Walmart. I also keep an eye out for other meats that are on sale super cheap just to mix it up a little, but their annual vet panels come back super healthy with just the chicken, so I only do it if I find a great deal.

We mix Kirkland Signature Chicken & Rice ($29 for 40lbs) with Canidae ($35-40 for 30-35lbs). My dogs wouldn't touch the Nature's Domain grain-free.
If we weren't fostering, I'd go back to raw in a heartbeat. I got too much flack from adopters about my food choices so I had to make them easy to replicate.
Wellness. It about 60.00 for a large bag. You can get coupons when you sign up for their monthly emails for a few dollars off. Or I am planning to use my first time buyer code from wag.com to get 20% and free shipping next time. We have used so many different kinds and this is what Max does best on. My old guy did great on Costco Natures Domaine and lots of the pets girls use it.
:Y: I love wellness! My pup lost about 20-25lbs on their diet one, and the regular one is keeping her healthy and full
We buy avoderm - my vet even commented on Meatloaf's shiny coat and that we should continue to feed him whatever we're giving him. So, I'm happy with it. I used to pay $40ish dollars for a 30lb bag at Petsmart - but Petclub has it every day for $29.99 and sometimes on sale for $26.99. SCORE!

4Health ~$25-35 35# bag depending on sale/flavor. Tractor Supply. She'd been on Kirkland, but the new Tractor Supply is a lot closer than Costco. She gets marrow bones from the meat market.133# English Mastiff 15 month old puppy, she was the runt of her litter.
We buy Acana and Wellness and I want to say the big bags are $55 and $45 respectively. But we buy the small bags of each and mix them. Quincy prefers Acana but it makes him gain weight, so we cut it with Wellness, which is a bit lower in fat. lol.
Dexter doesn't eat dog food anymore - over the past year he's begun refusing it, to the point where he's lost weight. (He's had every test in the book and nothing serious is behind the change, he's just an old finicky dog.) So he eats whatever people food we can get him to eat - chicken, beef, sweet potatoes, green beans, yogurt. We have to rotate in new foods every couple weeks to keep him interested - this week he's been enjoying Trader Joe's pumpkin Greek yogurt and Total cereal. lol. He also likes Stella & Chewy's treats which have completely nutrition and are high in fat. It's one of the few meant-for-dogs foods he'll eat.

we spend about $30 for a 33 ish lb bag of Authority - it doesn't last a month with 2 large dogs.
We were feeding Blue Buffalo - but it gave the new dog diarrhea. Anything richer (ie 'better') gives the old dog diarrhea. We feed to avoid diarrhea...
We buy a 30 pound bag of Orijen. It is around $70. My pup is like 118 pounds and eats 4 cups a day. A bag lasts 3 weeks. I just ordered from wag.com (free two day shipping and 15% off your first order!). It should get here tomorrow, so we'll see how it goes.
Natures domain, orijin, taste of the wild, or acana. Ranges from $33-$80 for the big bag. I usually order from petfooddirect but more recently wag.com (or Cosctco for ND).
We used to use the Sam's club brand. Actually has meat as first ingredients. Huge bag, $30 ish. We switched to raw, but it is more expensive. I average $0.80lb meat. I don't like the Walmart 10lb bags because of the high sodium.

Natural Balance, and I think a 5 lb bag is around $11. She also can't seem to digest a lot of brands very well, but has always done well with Natural Balance. I know we could save money by getting a big bag of something else, but Cookie is SO picky. She doesn't seem to like "stale" dog food (like the last few scoops in the bag). We seal it up, but even so we've noticed she eats better right after we open a new bag.
Maybe I need to check out Walmart again. A THREE lb bag of the cheap chicken is $6 at Jay-C/Kroger. Even ground beef is $2-something a pound. We go through 7 cups of kibble a day and I feel SO GUILTY buying them the "cheap food" but I wouldn't feel as bad taking the kibble down a notch and feeding raw meats/bones with it. Are these bags of whole chicken? I only see the breast/rib meat bags. Definitely checking out walmart's meat section today. And maybe a costco membership!
$79 for a 30lb bag of Orijen Six Fish. If I can find a coupon then maybe $70/bag at wag.com or mrchewy.com . We feed mostly raw though so this bag lasts about 2 months. As far as raw goes, Hilo eats 2lbs a day at around $1.70/lb so about $150 a month which is more than it cost to feed myself haha.
We feed Earthborn Holistic Coastal Catch. We have one who is allergic to everything under the sun - so grain free and no chicken/beef for her.
We feed our male the same b/c it's easier. It's $50/28 lb. bag on petflow.com
We used to feed TOTW Pacific Stream until it was recalled earlier this year. Returning 200 lbs. online was an effort (bought in bulk, saved $$). We then switched to Earthborn Holistic.
We've also fed Flint River Ranch before, it's a great company & good food - just expensive
