I can't help you for Westchase, but my boss, who lives in Valrico, uses A Hand in Time cleaners and loves them. They usually send 2-4 people to clean her house and they're done in under 2 hours. We work out of her house and it always looks great when they are done.

Aurea Silva - May go to West Chase, I'm not entirely sure. We've been using her for years, her husband cleans our offices. Just tell her exactly what you want her to do and it's done! 727-520-4549 is her number, they are from Brazil, HEAVY accent!

We use AMPM Cleaning services, as do about 5 of my friends. Lina is in charge of residential cleaning. I know they go to Westchase because my friends in Waterchase use them. Their prices are awesome and their basic cleaning even includes doing all of the bed linens (washing and changing). My girl even washes and folds my son's baby clothes.
