Ok, so after skipping my workout Wed night, I skipped it again last night I got home a little later than usual and was just feeling tired and not into it. So, i convinced myself to skip it and just do double on the weekend when I was more energized.
Still did ok with my eating. I am feeling like I'm getting in a rut though and eating the same stuff and I'm getting bored. Who has good breakfast or lunch recipes? Preferably something that can be made ahead of time and eaten as is or just warmed up.

I need to start working out! I haven't worked out on a regular basis in 5 years. DH and I are going to look at gyms this weekend, so hopefully that will get me motivated.
HoneySpider, where in S. Texas are you? I just moved to San Antonio.

I've been really good w my eating this week, haven't started working out but I wanted to wait until after I had my blood drawn for testing. Didn't want to shock my body w exercise and skew any results lol!! But I got the bloodwork done yesterday so I am gonna start c25k Sunday.
I ditched my walk with the dog. Even something fun, and on a rare nice night, and I bailed. DANGIT.
I am going out with friends tomorrow night, so all bets are off. I may try to make it to a spin class in the morning, but that will only work if I can get all of my work done tonight, which is a huge if.
I did an easy 3.5 mile run with a new neighbor last night! It was fun getting to know someone new, and I think we both enjoyed it. She said she'd love to go again, so I think I found myself a new running buddy. Yay!
