My hands got pretty ripped up Tuesday night from pullups. They are somewhat healed but I know I need to protect them tonight. Should I tape them? I imagine gloves would only create uncomfortable friction.
Yep, tape is what works best for me anyway. Was it from CrossFit? I usually notice that if we do a workout that's hard on the hands one day, they schedule something less...grippy...the next day.
