WFT surgery and recovery - I'm exhausted, black and blue and I hurt. Plus you took more in surgery than originally planned but I still won't know until the middle of next week what my prognosis is.
That's it. I can't even think about anything else.
WTF XH-are you going to have your visit today or not? I haven't heard from you since last Wed and you better believe I'm not reminding YOU about your night with P.
WTF washing machine-why did you have to stop working? especially when I just found out it will cost $500 to fix you. I wasn't planning on dropping $1K on a new washer but I guess I have no choice!
Is it something you can fix on your own if you can get the part? We thought we were going to have to shell out major cash to either repair or replace our dryer, but then learned that the part was $30 and there was a tutorial online of how to fix it ourselves. So we did and that was a few months ago and it's going strong.

WTF throat - why do you have strep again. It's been 11 months since you last let strep in. Didn't you like that non-sore feeling?!?! Now I might have to have a more extensive surgery than I thought to fix the chronic sinus infection cycle I seem to be in! Grrrrr!

It needed two replacement parts apparently. A pump and a door seal. I already bought the new one from Sears (with a warranty) because I can't be without a washer.

The door seal would have been fairly easy, but if the pump is out that's a pretty big job.

But the good news is, you get a new washer!!
Haha, yah, and I bought the extended warranty since those things seem to need fixing all.the.time. I guess it will be good to have a brand new washer but I hate buying things like that!
WTF STBX- we sat with our attorneys for over an hour yesterday and came to a tentative agreement, which my attorney was going to draft up, and you tell me tonight you changed your mind? Every time we seem to make some progress, we take 10 steps back. Tears galore here, tears galore!

There are rules against this. Try not to fret. This has happened in the past and so there are hearings to prevent these things from happening. Hugs
Is this true even if nothing was signed??? I'm waiting on a call from my attorney. I had texted him last night and told him about this and he replied this morning saying "Too late".

And he changed his mind about what?
Ugh, sorry!
We agreed that I would move to a city that is more central to our families (a city we both wanted to live in when we were looking for houses years ago) and that has the best schools in the area. I would be residential designation for school/medical; however, we'd have joint legal and shared custody. Now he may change his mind about the city because he wants us to live in the same community, basically back to him telling me what city I can live in.
ETA: Oh, and he would continue to live in our current house.
Sort of good news is, this morning he said he'd like to talk about our visitation schedule (which I suggested the 2/2/3 schedule- thanks to Doris, I believe, for suggesting that in another one of my threads). So... he might not be looking to change things afterall.

This is not legal advice and should not be construed as such.
I would think it would be upheld if it was in front of lawyers for something to be drafted. In nj it's called a Harrington hearing (I think). We almost needed to do one when xh kept reneging on things if I didn't do xyz by a certain date and time. He thought it was a business negotiation and family law doesn't work that way. Try to relax until you talk to your lawyer.
Understood. But that, my attorney's text, and STBX's attitude this morning and wanting to talk more thouroughly on the schedule does put me at ease a little bit.
