The base pool opens so I'm hoping to get C there for some splashing. I'd also like to expand my jean wardrobe from 1.5 to 2.5+...so a trip to the mall is in the plans too.

I've never been before so I'm pretty much excited for everything. I've heard good things about The Holocaust Museum so I'm excited for that.

I want to see that too. We've only made it to the Arlington National Cemetery...not even down the road to the Lincoln Memorial. I want to see the Washington Monument too. My ILs walked around the Smithsonian (I guess it's multiple buildings?) and their pics were cool to see.

Jealous! My H doesn't like professional massages so I can never get one with the excuse that he can have one too. (Not that I don't just get one by myself for the heck of it, I do!) Have fun and happy early anniversary!

We will just be relaxing at home and getting some quality family time. We rarely get to do this, my husband is either gone or we are running around all day doing things. It will be nice.

We're visiting my folks. It's a bit of a drive, but hey, it's actually an option to drive there from here, so we're taking advantage of it as best we can.


I have no clue what we'll be doing with my parents. Plans will probably include a hike or two, a swim or two (or three - mom likes to swim, and their community has 3+ pools), possibly a winery visit, some yummy homemade food, alcohol, and general relaxing...

It's the pair that I wear if my much loved pair is too dirty and sweatpants aren't acceptable attire. I'll donate them in a hot second when I can finally get to the mall to purchase a second (& third!?) pair of my much loved jeans.

ah fuck. home inspection probably cancelled. gas company wont turn on the gas until some vent is placed in the laundry room (the code changed fairly recently). the home is a foreclosure. and there is no way i will buy a house thats inspected before the gas is on, not that an appraiser will approve the mortgage if its not up to code.

Wouldnt be a bigdeal if their bank didnt want to close by the end of the quarter (which is a crunch already) but I also cant find a job that doesn't require me to work more than 60 hours a week until we close.

Ugh. Bathing suits. I havent' gained a ton of weight thus far this pregnancy (shocking) but I feel like my legs look appalling. I wore a small pear of exercise shorts over my bottoms to the pool last week.

DH wore a Hawaiian (Chamorran?) shirt he got while on Guam last year to our last pool trip. It MORTIFIED IJC. It was awesome. So, if we are hitting "that point" in our life, maybe I should look into the skirt style bottoms to go with my strapless tankini top.
