A will still have mostly breast milk but probably an average of 1 bottle a day of formula. I just got some Enfamil coupons and I was looking at them and they are for the "toddler" formula and it says 9 months and up. My god is she a toddler?? I'll look at some labels at the store tomorrow but just wondering of you all switched to that around that age?
Toddler is for babies 12mos+. I guess some moms continue to feed formula instead of switching to another milk source around a yr.
I thought it was the same until 12 months but these newest coupons are different. Maybe this is new. I took a pic of the coupon but the option to PIP isn't working on my app today:(. This is it. 9 months and up. I don't know how it's different. I guess I'll try it since I have the $5 coupons for it. I guess it can't hurt especially since she's really active and so busy that it's hard to feed her enough. m.enfamil.com/enfamil/39.ma?ref=MTSEM&cm_mmc=Digitas-SEM-_-Google-Mobile-Routine-Enfagrow-_-Brand%20Enfagrow-_-enfagrow%20toddler

I only used formula for 2 days in the beginning because Lila was starving waiting for my milk to come in. Everyone that I have known to use formula never used Toddler. Maybe its a way for the formula companies to charge more? Is it more expensive?

Not sure. I'm sitting in the Publix parking lot right now waiting to go in but A is asleep in her carseat so I'll sit here another hour probably and then I'll find out, lol. I always received the regular Enfamil coupons but they must know her age because this most recent batch is the first time it changed. If it costs more and is still less with the $5 coupon I'll still probably get it.
I have some Similac at home that you can have if you want to try that too...I think it's Similac sensitive though, so I'm not sure if you would want to try it or not. I can check later. I've been meaning to check and post it on here to see if anyone could use it since we have to go the Nutramigen route now.
I used formula all the way until 11.5 months. Then I replaced one bottle per day with almond milk. Now they get 27-30 oz of almond milk per day and the rest is water or water with a splash of juice.
