Who has taken advantage of them and where di you go? Did the person doing the massage provide you with proof they are certified in prenatal massage as well?
I see Massage Envy does them, but don't they require you to have some sort of contract for x number of massages? If so what was the cost on that? I have also been looking into Essentials Massage and Spa.
Marcelo at Massage Envy in Clearwater. Amazing prenatal massages. Kristina referred me to him. You don't have to buy any package. I believe it's $39/50 minutes for your first and $49 after that. Seems like a lot now but at the time it was worth every penny.
At ME, you can do the one intro massage (which is what I did.) I got one prenatal massage. All the therapists have a speciality in different types of massage (sports, deep tissue, prenatal.) My guy was awesome. I was in my second tri. and having headaches (he knew that was a common symptom in the 2nd tri.) and massaged my hands and lower back. The only bad part was they don't massage as hard as you'd like because of one's "delicate condition."
You can continue to get massages without a membership at ME, it just costs more than the monthly membership price.

The best deal going in to get an adjustment at Bain de Vie inNorth Tampa and then a massage by Ashley. $30 total. No tip. And the best massage in town. I tried numerous places while pregnant but ended up going to Ashley ever Fridaynight. Best partof the week!
My husband bought me a gift certificate for my birthday to have one done; two months later, I still haven't done it. I'm going to be "cashing" that thing in soon
I was just thinking about that yesterday! I need a massage too! I have been going to Totally Chiropractic the past couple of wekks and feel so much better after being adjusted, but my back still feels so tight.
