Exterior: brick
Other features: small urban lot, on a corner, hardwood expect for 1 bedroom (carpet) and kitchen (plywood, but hope to refinish hw under there eventually).

This house is a major fixer-upper. We've had to do a lot of work to these room just to get them functional so decorating is usually a pretty low priority.

Next big task is to renovate the kitchen.
