I know I should pay off some of our car (trying to build credit so not all of it) and build up our e-fund. I would like to use it for some home improvements which could be viewed as a good investment. Our house was awful when we had its energy efficiency measured. I would get our attic insulated and some other things to improve that and save us $$ on energy costs.

Probably some combination of savings/paying off SL and something fun. I'd say vacation but my vacation problem this year isn't so much a lack of money, but a lack of days off. Too many weddings to travel to.

Get quotes for the more major projects we have (deck, make basement family room more livable, Master bath renno, new windows) and apply it to whichever we can finish quickly.

Pay off the last $1200 ish of our CC debt, pay off our lowest balance SL just for the hell of it ($1800), add maybe $1000 to our e-fund, add $1000 to our holiday/travel/vacation fund, and the rest to Roth IRAs.
New matress for us New french door for the living room Some landscaping for the yard Split it between the 2 kids going to college so they did not have to borrow money
