So I made a new friend at the gym and I love her. We have tons in common and we started working out together 6 days a week. Sunday is the only day she doesn't work out with me. My old friend just joined my gym and I love her but she doesn't gel with my new friend. They haven't had any confrontations but they both have strong personalities so it could happen. Do I keep working out with my new friend and keep incorporating my old friend in? Or tell my old friend I can only work out on Sundays with her? WDYT?
That's what I've been doing but I think my old friend makes my new friend uncomfortable. And I would be sad if she ditched me to work out on her own. Aside from the fact I like her, she really pushes me harder.
I can alternate but we go 6 days a week at the same time. But I guess I can tell my old friend, since she prefers nights anyway, that I'll work out Tuesday and THursday nights and Sunday during the day with her and then with my new friend Monday Wednesday and Fridays and Saturdays. I just hate conflict between my friends. How hard is it to get along for two hours a day?
