A. Eat only crappy fast food (stuff like burgers, chicken nugerts, fries, nothing healty) for 3 months
OR
B. Eat a six course meal (fruit course, appetizers, soups, salad, entree w/2 sides, and dessert) that had to be made from scratch by you personally without help for a year (regardless of work schedule/children, etc.)
All you fast food people are embalming yourselves with preservatives, so you'll live longer, anyway, unless you're having fries and burgers, in which case, say adieu to your heart and colon!
I am a fatty but I just cannot tolerate fast food. I get my gut from things like beer and the boxed cake, brownies I will be making for my 6 course meal.
