Baltimore folks - nice restaurant for NYE?

Our anniversary is right around New Year's, so this year we're celebrating by a quick visit to Baltimore to see a comedian. We're staying at the Hotel Monaco and seeing a 10pm show at the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall.

I'm looking for a nice place for dinner that is relatively accessible to the hotel and the hall by cab if possible. We're going to dress up a little bit so I'd like something with a nicer, romantic feel. I don't have a specific type of food in mind - maybe seafood or Italian?

Sotto sopra! It's Italian and on the same street as your hotel, on the way to the Meyerhoff.

B & O Brasserie in the hotel is pretty good too.
