It's definitely NMS, so worthless to me for sure. But some people would like it. If you know their style well enough to know that they'd like this, then go for it. Otherwise...this is what registries are for.
I'm on Pinterest and I wouldn't like it. I'm not a fan of the cutesy. Now if the bride is Zooey Deshanel, just make sure it's made of recycled materials and everything should be golden.

Yeah, I'm on Pinterest too and wouldn't like it. But you know some of those pinterest gals are psycho!
If she is on the site, check her pins... That should give you a lot of insight.
It depends on the couple. If it were given to me, I'd hang it as a part of my wedding photo wall. I once made my friends a shadow box with their wedding announcement from her hometown paper, their wedding invite, and a picture of the couple. It was a bit more personalized and they loved it.
We have one of these! It's black and has plain white hearts though. And it just has our initials and our wedding date. None of that he asked, she said yes stuff.
I like it, but not everyone would. I only give personal gifts like this if I know the couple VERY well.

Yeah, it's useless - but I have a lot of useless crap in my home. This would probably be stashed away somewhere until it 'broke' or 'got lost' in a move.

THAT is actually helpful. I wanted to have my wedding invitation framed. Currently I have it in the middle of a large collage frame with 8 wedding photos around it.
This? Seems to take up a lot of space and isn't even that sentimental. I have a lot of crap with my wedding date. Like the framed invitation.

For one thing, he didn't ask. For another, I didn't say yes. Such a thing wouldn't necessarily be NMS, but it's revisionist history, so I wouldn't like it for that. But it wouldn't be useless since I'd put something else in the frame...
