I can't think of anything she wouldn't eat (or at least try), but there are things she hadn't tried (artichoke comes to mind). She's not the most adventurous eater when left to her own devices, but she's usually willing to try anything I cook.
We're from pretty similar cultural backgrounds and we eat a lot of the same food now we both did growing up. It took her a long time to come around to green peppers, but she's there now. We have different food preferences, but I can't think of any that are rooted in childhood.
No, but if you asked the question the other way around it would be yes. I'm a super bland/picky eater so she loves a ton of stuff that i wouldnt touch (esp traditional Jewish foods like gefilte fish, liver, ect)
well, given my wife won't eat a lot of common foods - tomatoes, avocados, mushrooms, cucumbers, green peppers, all seafood.... these are all things I ate growing up.
