This! I had a male friend come out of the woodwork and try to date me after my divorce, but I let him know that I wasn't ready (or interested) nicely. We're still friends!

Yeah I don't think it's going to be a problem. He's really cool and laid back. I just didn't know what to do since I've recently been standing my ground and been doing good for myself. Today has been a weird day all around in general. One of my ex hookups, like 8 years ago ex hookup, works with me and he came out of the woodwork today to invite me to a party on Saturday. We're friends but very much more aquaintences these days...I told him what I told my friend, I don't know. Haha. Because, really. I don't know anything anymore.

Also something to consider: it takes roughly 18 months to 2 years to biochemically return to normal after this type of trama, psychologically its 2-3 years and socially its 5+ years.

You have depression, anxiety, you're co-dependant and was in an abusive relationship. That's the perfect combination to attract the wrong guys. Get healthy and you'll attract healthy guys. I really doubt you get all that male attention because you're hot. You're an easy prey right now ( ie dating your ex boss!)
STOP feeling bad or sorry for not accepting some guy's advances. You don't owe them anything and there are other women out there so they will be fine. And like achase said, stay away from the penis. It will make your life way easier.
