XP:Favorite Non AI Caribean Vacation Spot?

DH & I have had a lot of on the go/very busy vacations lately so we're thinking our next one will be mostly hanging out on the beach relaxing & maybe some exploring a little too. We are thinking maybe Turks & Caicos or St Lucia but we're open to any other suggestions. What is your favorite caribean vacation spot & why? Also, any suggestions on the town & place to stay?
