Any good dept store promotions on now?

I have to run out and grab a couple of things- moisturizer, powder and maybe a gloss. I need to be near the mall later anyway, so I can go most places. I wear MAC, Clinique, lots of different brands.

Does anywhere have good stuff on now? Or should I just go hit Sephora?
