Yeah, they'll likely cancel them. My H was like "sure, I like those" and I told him how much they usually are and I could tell he was dying when he texted me back. If they want to charge me full-price, I'll send them back and then dispute it honey!

I looked up the status and it said it is ready for pickup, so I called the store and it's not ready. That right there makes me think I will never see my rug Oh well!!

It's the set of laws that govern most commercial transactions - and the worst chapter of contracts 101 in law school. I was just gettin' lawerly. I'm not even sure if it applied in Virginia (a Commonwealth, which usually means the law is different).

Yeah apparently their in store pick up system is crap. I am boycotting it after a kobalt tool fiasco last Christmas.

Boo. I really wanted the silver one. I haven't received a call or anything though, wonder when it'll come. They'd better refund without any hubbub though.
