So I haven't checked My Fitness Pal in a LONG TIME and wow, have they made the free version basically awful.
Anyone have one that is preferable free and works well with an apple watch? I really think I need to write down what I'm eating to curb the WFH snacking.
I use Lose It. There's a free version that is great but for some reason I am paying for Premium. It might be macros tracking? Anyway, I like it a million times better than MFP and when I am consistent with using it I always lose weight.
I use MacrosFirst. I'm tracking calories, but trying to make sure I get a good amount of protein daily, too. The library is pretty robust, it has a UPC scanner, and you can build meals and recipes. I don't know that it integrates to an Apple Watch, though. I know there's no browser version (which is kind of annoying when building recipes, but I've learned to live).
