Don't feel bad, it happens my kid does this all to often but the boys in his class are kind of rough and he is the smallest one, I think sometimes he just needs to kind of prove himself?

I am also sorry Frkls, sure that sucks balls. But this might have something to do w/ being the smallest, yeah? Like maybe he's been teased and is showing how tough he is? Like possibly he's just using semi-violence to prove his toughness...? (Sure you guys have already thought about this, just trying to help prep for the figuring it out talks this wkend. Gd luck!!)
could this be in response to another kid amping up the attitude?
both times he admits it was unprovoked. i wanted SO BAD for him to say that the kid was picking on him or was mean first. the bite was because the kid in front of him in teh water fountain line didn't move up far enough and the punch was because another kid picked up the block that jonah was going to pick up during clean-up.
i have a call in to his endocrinologist to see if it could be a side-effect of the shots, but i didn't read anything about personality changes in my research before we started the GH
it's good you're checking with doctors. i'd not thought of that.
i was thinking more like monkey-see monkey do--you know, another kid punches/kicks/shoves another kids, so jonah punches a 4th kid? i know that there are epidemics of shoving that travel through my kid's classroom (though of course she's younger).
i hope you sort it out. even if it is just a phase, it sucks to be in that phase.
