what's in your baby medicine cabinet?

I didn't buy anything before Squirms was born as I didn't want it to expire too soon. Now that we are in the sickness season and she is starting daycare soon I think I need to stock up on some stuff. I need ideas though, all I can think of is saline solution and some kind of baby pain reliever (which one do you recommend?) I already have a nose frida, thermometer, and baby first aid kit.

tylenol, benedryl, hyland's teething tablets, gripe water (although this needs to be tossed, no need anymore), saline, baby vicks

Little Noses baby saline, thermometer, nose frida, Infant Advil, Aveeno Diaper Rash Cream (we only have to use it when a GI bug hits). I just recently added Boogie Wipes to use for the next cold.

we have infants tylenol, infant advil, little noses baby saline, thermometer, nose frida, the nose sucker ball (I cant think of what they are called lol), and a basic first aid kit (alcohol wipes, band aids, etc but we dont really need it yet bc DS isnt mobile).
