The second job is a great idea for some extra income. I'm a big fan of selling stuff - you don't need to sell EVERYTHING sentimental, if the idea of parting with something makes you really sad then don't sell it. But the old wedding stuff I would totally sell and the jewelry unless you wear it sometimes. I realized a few months ago that a necklace an ex had given me was David Yurman (I had no idea who that even was when he gave it to me). I was like, CHA CHING!! Put that shit right up on ebay.

Where did you sell your Yurman? I have a thin cable bracelet that I want to get rid of. Idiot bought me peridot because my favorite color is green but it's not my favorite gem. I should have known it wasn't going to work...
I just sold it on ebay, it took a couple of tries and finally sold it for about half of what it retails for. I stupidly realize now I should have waited until closer to Christmas and probably could have done better. I really can't believe how expensive his stuff is, really overpriced for sterling silver if you ask me! Periodot is an um, interesting choice, if a woman loves green I would think emerald! Green is my favorite color too
