I'm not in a business casual environment, but I just wear a regular shirt and regular bra. I take them off when I pump, and put on the simple wishes bra (doing it right now!). Then I put my regular stuff back on when I'm done.
Wearing a real bra 5 days a week has done great things for my psyche
I'm planning on wrap dresses, nursing-friendly tops, and cardigans. I was also wondering whether I should wear the pumping bra all day, so will be watching this thread.
the only thing I dont wear are shift dresses, becuase I can't easily pull those up or unbutton them etc. I wear a lot of sweaters, button downs, wrap dresses, etc. I dont even have a pumping bra, I jsut wedge them in my regular (nursing) bra.
I just make sure my tops can be easily either pulled down, pulled up or unbutton/zipped.
I wore either a nursing tank or a nursing bra under my normal clothes. Then I would just throw my simple wishes bra on once I was ready to pump. Ditto on trying to avoid dresses unless I could access w/o taking the entire thing off.
Same. I stopped wearing dresses (I work in a casual environment but like to dress up) for the time being, but otherwise it's whatever I want to wear. Pull up the shirt, pull down the bra, slap on the pumping bra.
Our pumping room was always FREEZING! We are busines casual so I just wore a cami or a nursing cami under what ever top. Then I would take down the straps, pull the cami down some and put on my pumping bra.
Otherwise if I wore my nursing cami I would pull down the flaps
I wear anything except dresses really (I don't own any wrap dresses). I wear a lot of sweaters or cardignas. I take them off and my real bra off and put the hands free bra on. I usually wear a tank top under my clothes so I take the straps off and pull that down.

Same as everyone else- wear a nursing bra and normal clothes, though not dresses bc that requires removing too much clothing. Put on sw bra for pumping only.
I wear the same things I would wear when I didn't pump, even dresses. I admit it's kinda weird sitting in my office chair with nothing but knee high boots and the sw bra while pumping, but it's not bad. If I didn't have my own office or had to pump in a shared room I probably wouldn't wear dresses.
I stick to wrap dresses and normal tips, but one of my friends wore whatever dresses she wanted and kept yoga pants in her office so she wasn't pumping just in her shoes.
I wear anything I would normally wear other than sheath dresses that zip up the back and would require me to more or less completely disrobe to pump. Sweaters, button downs, shells, wrap dresses, etc. are all fair game. I wear a regular bra, then pull my bra down and put a hands-free pumping bra on when it's time to pump.
I don't use a SW bra, I use the Freestyle pump and it attaches to my nursing bra, which is under my Undercover Mama tank. I didn't like the idea of having to change into a bra just to pump. I also have a little heater because I get chilly when I pump.
I wore regular bras. The mono-boob nursing bra look just didn't work well with real clothes. But maybe some have more flattering nursing bras than I have ever had.

I had the same setup (except the heater). I normally wore button down shirts so I could stay pretty much covered & it would be easy to pull the front pieces together if I needed too.
I never wore my pumping bra all day. I just wore a nursing bra or regular bra and took it off to pump. As for clothes, I wore anything/everything except for dresses (for the most part) unless the dress was easy to pull down in the front. I almost always wore Undercover Mamas nursing tanks so that I didn't feel as exposed and to keep my belly warm while pumping. Also, I always kept a cardigan/sweatshirt/etc at my desk for the same reason.

I wear an underwire nursing bra, pull up my shirt, unflap the bra, put on the SW pumping bra, and pump. I hate dresses because I feel so exposed if I have to take them off to pump.
Be careful with the velcro on the SW. I got lazy, and wrapped it around the back of my sweater, so that only my front was exposed, and snagged my knit top while I was adjusting the bra location.
The bra stays in my pump bag - it's definitely a pumping tool, not a bra.
Pre-pregnancy, I wore button down shirts a lot, but my boobs are still larger than before, and I don't want to (a) bust out of them or (b) buy new ones.
Anyway, I wear a nursing bra and some kind of sweater most days. I pull the sweater up around my neck and put on the simple wishes bra. I like sweaters because if I'm cold (my torso is exposed), I can at least put my arms through. Otherwise, I have a fleece jacket at the office and will sometimes put that on if I'm wearing a dress, which means my whole top half is exposed.
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.
I hate pumping with my stomach exposed, even when all alone. I wear whatever (I never wear dresses), and underneath is either a nursing tank or a nursing bra + low-cut tank. Pull up shirt, pull down tank/bra, put on simple wishes bra and pump.
