I had my last step increase in April. I won't get another for a long time. Maybe this year we will get a COLA? But we have furloughs until June, so I'm actually making less right now

Technically I got one this year (0.5%) but we agreed to furlough days, so I still make the same as last year when I got 0%. Next year I am supposed to get a 0.7% raise and one furlough day, so a small raise. The following year I should get a raise (unless I don't)
DH started a new job in March so that was a 12.5% increase. Before that was in 2010. He was underpaid at his old job so that had been giving him pretty good increase for 2008-2010.
Before I had kids...so 4 years ago. But I am okay with it because the flexibility they have given me since then is priceless. I like to remain as low on the radar as possible.
I do rely on my dh for salary increases though. He receives them annually.
I think we got a 2% one recently. At the hospital where I work they are just moving to a performance based raise system. Before everyone got the same % increase from the middle of their pay range each year (or not), from janitors to nurses. Now it's based on meeting your goals...which I won't really be able to do as a PRN employee working erratically so I'm not expecting any more raises.
At the beginning of the year we all got a 15% pay CUT. Then 6 months ago I was promoted and promised a significant raise (25% based on my original salary)... I know its normally not a good idea to agree to a promotion without a raise, but I trusted that they would follow through when they could. That raise finally took effect last month... but it will be while before it makes up for the lost salary.
Raises are few and far between at my company, no COL increases since the company's founding and only token merit raises (1-3%) so I'm lucky (and also awesome apparently).

I got a 20% raise in August by taking a teaching job in a different school district. Before that, my last raise was 2007 but then we lost our pay for performance programs so I actually had a decrease for several years. Had I stayed in that district, I would have gotten a $300 raise and a $300 one-time "bonus." whoopedeedoo.
For the one who asked if I was at the same place...yes. I make pretty good money for what I do and I know they cannot afford to give me more. My bosses ( 2 co-owners) took big pay cuts - so big that I make more than them!!! LOL
