Any experiences? It is supposed to increase blood flow to the ute. I'm thinking of drinking it until o instead of green tea. My Lp is on the short side, I have light periods, and this month I started getting cramps a week before my period.
I would love to throw the kitchen sink at this for some Christmas magic, but I understand sometimes less is more too.

I have a super short (too short actually) LP. I haven't tried the tea yet. But I have had success with daily B6. Have you tried that? (I'm new to this board so sorry if you've mentioned it before).
Hi!! I just started taking a complex last month and it appears to have added approx two days to my LP. Did you have similar results? I'm just taking 50mg throughout the entire cycle.
I take 100mg and it seems to have added a day or two. My spotting which used to start at 7 or 8 dpo also starts later which I assume is because of the B6 as well. I had success with a B vitamin complex when TTC the first time.
I don't think the tea will hurt if you want to try!
