We made it! Anyone have any fun weekend plans?
We're going to be with my in-laws tomorrow, visiting H's grandmother and taking my FIL out to lunch for his birthday. So tomorrow night, I will be drinking profusely. :drink:  Sunday, we may try to go to the movies - we've been wanting to set to Silver Linings Playbook for the last few weekends, but haven't made it. It's all going to depend on how tomorrow goes. And whether or not H cleans the house today, because it's kind of a disaster at the moment. Siigh.
Tonight DH may be working late. It would be nice if he's home for dinner--his work has been brutal. I'm a little annoyed at him because he's been letting housekeeping slide big-time and I'm tired of picking up all the slack.
Saturday he leaves to go to a party with HS friends that evening in PA. We were all invited, but I couldn't subject DD to another 14 hours in the car after our whirlwind Thanksgiving.
Sunday DD has been invited to her first birthday party for a friend, and I'm irrationally excited about it. Plus some of my GFs are going to be there with their kids, so it will be a nice afternoon. We're shopping for her friend's birthday present today
Happy Friday guys! I'm SO glad it is Friday (although I wish it was Sat...). This week has been brutal. My H has been traveling for work all week, won't be back until Sat evening. I can't wait until he gets home!
Tonight I'm meeting with my friend who got laid off from our company 2 weeks ago. We're goign to commiserate on job searching and do some shopping. Sat will be lunch with another friend and then vegging until DH gets home. No plans Sunday, probably errands and sleeping. Oh and hopefully sending out more resumes!
Happy Friday ladies! I took the red eye back from San Diego last night then went into work for a few hours. I'm now waiting at north station for my train home. No big plans this weekend, I'm looking forward to catching up on sleep and relaxing.

scm, the trapeze thing sounds awesome! I am a big fat chicken when it comes to heights, but I secretly would love to do it. You'll have to tell us all about it!
San Diego was gorgeous, I had a great time. Had tons of fun with my coworkers and the sessions I attended for the conference were really interesting.
They showed the movie "How to Survive a Plague" which was amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Here's a link with more info on it: surviveaplague.com/
Yeah coming to the office after a red eye was awful. But half our office had been away for the conference so our Director wanted us to go in and check on things.
