I don't entirely disagree, imoan, but I'll bet those DJs feel pretty shitty right now, as well they should. Everyone involved in that whole thing is bad and should feel bad.
As to the DJs, I can't imagine they really thought they would get through to someone. I bet money they thought they'd get an awkward 5 minutes out of the receptionist where she tried to decide if she was actually talking to the queen before being given the kiss off.
Should they feel bad? Sure. But I'm not mad at them.

I guess this is why I generally detest practical "jokes." They are aimed at humiliating others for the sole sake of your own and others' amusement, consequences unintended or otherwise be damned. I just don't really get behind that, ever.
