The only thing everyone in those age groups will all like is food. Go to Whole Foods and get a stick of soppressata, a wedge of Robusto cheese, a jar of fig or cranberry jam, and a bag of rosemary crostini, and put it all in a basket from the dollar store. I would trade my ass off to get your gift for myself.

In the men's section Kohls has some wooden 3D puzzles. They come in sets of 3, and you have to put the wooden pieces together to make shapes like cubes and stars. They are priced at $20, but on sale for $10.
Our extended family does a similar exchange and smaller warm blankets like fleece throws are pretty popular as are things like car repair / emergency kits or wrench sets. Target always has a bunch of gifts like this during the holidays.
