She comes every other week and is here for about 8 hours and we overpay for our LCOL area ($200). Our house is approx 5600 SF, 5 BR, 6 BR but close to half is very low to no traffic/use most of the time.
2.5 hours once every 2 weeks for 1200 sq ft house. She only cleans 2 of the 3 bedrooms through, 2 bathrooms (only one gets real use). We pay $20/hr MCOL.
2900 sq. ft. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. MCOL. Two women come for about 4 hours every other week. We pay $120.
that is a great deal! Only $15/hr/person... do you use someone directly vs a service?
It's not a service. Our housekeeper came by the house looking for work five years ago. She occasionally comes alone, but she usually brings someone to help. I don't know how she splits the money with the person helping (it's not always the same person).

1800 sq ft, 4 beds, 2 baths. $85 every other week. I have no idea how long she spends. Sometimes she is quick, sometimes I am home and she plays with the babies and takes longer. MCOL. She isn't part of a service.

She comes EOW. 4500 sq ft, 5 bdr, 6 bath. $160/visit. I'm at work for most of the time but it seems to take her about 7 hrs. She cleans and changes sheets and does the linens laundry.
She's $80 per visit and brings two people. 2500 sq. ft. house.
They dust, vaccum, wipe down mirrors/counters, scrub the tubs, shower stalls, and toilets, empty waste paper baskets, sweep, and mop the floors. They're willing to do other things like make the beds, laundry, dishes, etc. but that feels too personal to me.
She comes every other week and takes 5 hours or so. 1 BR/2 BA, 1100ish sq feet, $100 per visit/HCOL (and she's a steal... Services would charge a LOT more).
4.5-5 hours per visit. two people. they come once every four weeks (we have no kids or pets and rarely cook, so it doesn't get dirty too fast). 3 bed/2 bath, 1770 sf. HCOL.
We just switched to every week. 4300 sf. 5/3 although one is my craft room so she doesn't clean that and 2/1 are guest rooms that aren't used a ton. $117 and she is usually here 3.5-4 hours.
