What I have done is break it up into smaller meals, since small snacks were not cutting out for me, I was still hungry.
I always have cottage cheese on hand, maybe mix it with yogurt add some fruit and granola, to make it more a meal, or even consider some cheese with veggies. I also make protein shakes maybe 1-2 a day if I cannot eat my small meal/snack.
I'm not sure if you eat meat? I'm a vegetarian, so my suggestions all lean that way.
In addition to PB and protein powder, I eat a lot of greek yogurt and soy. A lot of veggie burger type products - the faux sausage, bacon, chicken patties are really good. Try Morningstar Farms and Gardein products. Boca is also good, my favorite of theirs is the bratwurst. There's also a faux ground beef crumble that is fantastic in tacos, spaghetti sauce, etc..
