Free as a work phone. And, OMG, the thing is huge. Very thin (he says almost too thin to be comfortable in your hand) but the square footage is huge. Would probably be ok for a woman to carry in her purse, but he had to get an uber-cool holster clip for it because it wouldn't fit in his pocket + keys + wallet.
I have one and I totally love it. You would be amazed, but it fits in the pockets of almost all my pants except for skinny jeans. Though I admit I usually throw it in my purse but I have always done that. My friends with iPhones droll over my phone. I never have owned an iPhone so I can't compare.
I got one a couple weeks ago. I agree that it was too light to be comfortable in my hand. I felt like I was going to break it. Once I got a case for it, it felt much better. and I throw it in my jacket pocket it all the time.
I really like it. I'm still getting used to it, since it's very different from the iphone and there's a few quirks that I don't like about it, but for the most part, it's a great phone.
I just made that decision on Friday. I decided on the 5, because the S3's screen was just TOO big. Plus, I like snazzy accessories for my phone, and I feel like the iphone has more to choose from.

H got me one as an early Christmas present. I like it but it felt way too light before I got a case for it. It would constantly slip out of my hand. I had an HTC EVO before this phone and it's pretty comparable. I'm not big on gadgets though so any phone would have been fine for me.

I do have the slipping problem. I need to get a case for it but I have a feeling H is getting one for my stocking so I am waiting.
I just got a S3 and I love it. I'm an android lover though so there was no choice. I'd been drooling over the phone for months, even got my boss to get one. He was a die hard iphone 5 user.
I love how light it feels, it was one of the selling points for me. The screen is incredible and the video is amazing. I love the phone.
I do hate the predictive text though. That's been my only complaint.
I've been trying to figure out what phone to get since my upgrade eligibility um... 6 months ago. H loves his HTC One X but I just can't get used to it since I've had Apple products for so long.
