I have only worked at one place that gave out bonuses. And they were so pathetic and insulting, they shouldn't have bothered. One guy got a $12 bonus.

My last company would throw $ into our 401(k) once a year. I guess you could consider it a bonus. It was never around the holidays.

DH's bonus comes in March.
